Police investigators in Nassau County are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate a wanted woman who was busted on a drug charge last year.
An alert has been issued for 24-year-old Marissa Lorusso, who is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department after being arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lorusso was released after her arrest and a warrant was later issued for her arrest.
Investigators described Lorusso as 4-foot-10 weighing approximately 160 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes. Police noted that anyone who spots Lorusso should not attempt to apprehend or detain her.
Anyone with information regarding Lorusso's whereabouts, or who recognizes her has been asked to call 911 or contact the Nassau County Police Department by calling (516) 573-7524.
